Terms and Conditions – xxbb Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and xxbb ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing xxbb at xxbb.wine, downloading the xxbb app, creating an account or using any service offered on the platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between xxbb and each registered player.

xxbb reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

The xxbb platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. xxbb may request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with our age verification policy.

You are eligible to use the xxbb platform only if:

• You are using the platform for personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of a third party.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

xxbb supports PKR deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other payment methods listed in the cashier section of your account. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits are processed in real time for supported mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa). Bank transfer deposits may take one to three banking hours to credit depending on your bank. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.

General bonus conditions that apply across all xxbb promotions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Only real money bets contribute towards wagering requirements unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bets placed with bonus funds may contribute at a reduced rate depending on the game category.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on xxbb are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market type. The platform covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, esports and other sports as listed in the sports section.

For cricket betting specifically:

• PSL match odds are offered for regular season, playoff and final fixtures. Markets include match winner, top batsman, total sixes and other standard T20 betting markets.
• In the event a match is abandoned due to rain, pitch conditions or other external factors, bets will be settled according to the DLS method result if one has been declared, or voided if no official result is given.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are settled based on the official scorecards from the relevant cricket board.

For slot games and casino games, the return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game's information panel. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. xxbb does not manipulate game outcomes.

xxbb reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error or where there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. VIP Programme

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way — including placing bets, playing games or exploiting promotions.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting or coordinated wagering activity.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches or technical faults in the platform software or any game. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a platform error are not valid and will not be paid.
• Using the platform for any money-laundering activity or processing transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any identity verification stage.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing xxbb staff or other players via the platform's communication channels.
• Attempting to access or manipulate another player's account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the xxbb platform — including but not limited to the xxbb brand name and logo, website design, interface elements, graphics, game assets, text and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of xxbb or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written permission from xxbb.

The xxbb name, logo and all associated brand elements are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in any form is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

xxbb provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xxbb shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunities arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues or interruptions to platform availability.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any content, information or odds displayed on the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

xxbb reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of promotions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been made.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees, will be communicated to the registered email address or mobile number before any deductions are made.
• At your own request — players may close their account at any time by contacting support via live chat.

Upon account closure at your own request, any real money balance remaining in your account (net of any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
